liked 'Phonebooth'? who didn't?

in this movie colin farrell gets held hostage in a 'phonebooth' by a sniper. the visuals are epic.

you'll love this one , 'liberty stands still', linda fiorentino gets held hostage by a sniper who forces her to handcuff herself to a hot-dog stand.  this beauty slipped out mere months before 'phonebooth' , good ideas just spread sometimes i guess.

you might have forgot

                                                                                revenge

                                                                              bad company

apparently this was a movie, the title is so bland

                                                                           ransom

they figured just in case it wasn't going to be a total boring piece of shit, they'd bring in rene russo for some insurance

                                                                            8mm

this one is almost memorable because it was really perverted in the worst way

                                                                       the hunted

                                                              undercover brother

                                                                              snake eyes

queen of the damned

predator : best idea worst directing

here's a few gems from the same director

'medicine man'

 a real keeper

'last action hero'

those pants have a nice fit

'the thomas crown affair'

with this chemistry, who needs a director

'Rollerball'

well done
(rated pg-13 for "extreme sports action and sensuality")

it's funny because their different

there's usually a by-the-book character and an unorthodox one and they learn from each other, which sounds like a message of understanding and respect, but it usually just comes off  as racist

'glimmer man'

this was from the i'm-a-nativie-american phase of seagal's career.
that's funny i've always thought it was damon, truly is there a worse actor than Keenan Ivory?

'rush hour'

you teach me kung fu and i'll show you how to dance

'renegades'

we're gonna need a shaman on the case

'showdown in little tokyo'

brandon's character is half asian but raised to be super white, whereas dulph's is white and raised to be totally asian. it really makes you question your prejudices

'another 48 hours'

no, it's a different black guy
